• San Diego Wildfire Blankets Projects -- There were 1588 homes destroyed in the 7 fires that raged through San Diego County the week of October 21, 2007.  The goal is to get blankets into every families hand for the Holidays but as we learned with the Cedar Fires of 2003, the rebuilding process is a slow and steady one. Therefore, a more realistic goal is that starting in November 2007 at least 100 blankets will be delivered to families each month.
